Healy Hudson's solution platform for public procurement comprises the four modules eVergabe, eBeschaffung, Staging and Portal. These modules can be used individually or as a comprehensive network.
You can process your entire catalog procurement with eBeschaffung - it is convenient and simple to use. All goods that exceed the limits for dynamic procurement or services that are not included in the regular catalog can be tendered for with eVergabe via an electronic tendering workflow that is compliant with public procurement law. Tendering can be done step by step with the software, without creating tons of paper, making countless telephone calls or constantly consulting the relevant procurement regulations. The software takes care of that for you. After the award of contract, all data is summarized in a tender document for your reference and the tendered goods and services can be directly integrated in the eBeschaffung ordering system as a catalog.
The main modules can be enhanced by the additional modules Portal and Staging. Portal allows you to publish tenders and allows bidders to submit offers for these tenders. Staging helps you to upload your suppliers' catalogs to the ordering platform.
