Staging is Healy Hudson's catalog management module. Designed for the automatic import of catalog data including quality assurance, this module can be used in the Public Procurement as well as the Private Procurement sector.

In addition to the efficient management of electronic catalog data, Staging offers you all the advantages of a supplier portal: customers can access the supplier database integrated in the Staging portal from within their productive e-procurement systems in order to search for and contact new suppliers with a suitable product range. The data can only be accessed by registered Staging portal users (customers) and cannot be accessed by unauthorized users. Non-registered Staging suppliers can enter their data on the platform, thus drawing attention to their product range.

Catalog import via Staging:

The supplier uploads the catalog. The catalog is automatically checked. If the catalog passes this check, the supplier clears the catalog.

The catalog then undergoes a QA/rule check in accordance with the criteria specified by the customer.

After the clearance of the catalog by the customer, the catalog data will be published automatically in the productive ordering system.
