eBeschaffung has been specially developed to serve the requirements of public authorities and covers all catalog procurement processes. This module is suitable for all public authorities that wish to offer their users the possibility to order themselves, while still maintaining full control over costs.
eBeschaffung offers a standardized user interface which allows the user to search in and order goods from all imported electronic catalogs. Studies carried out by our customers have shown that an order processed via a Healy Hudson system requires only a fifth of the time of a conventional order.
With eBeschaffung, single tender actions or basic requests for quotation can also be processed. With a few steps you select the desired product or enter it as freeform text, select the suppliers with a mouse click and submit the data. After the award of contract, the letters of acceptance and rejection are automatically sent out.
